East Bay drug investigation ends in arrest, seizure of $474,000

OAKLAND — An investigation into a person suspected of promoting medication out of his automobile in East Oakland culminated in his arrest Thursday, in addition to the seizure of practically $475,000, greater than 25 kilos of heroin and half a dozen handguns, authorities mentioned.
