A Brentwood police officer shot and killed a person on Christmas Eve after the suspect tried to seize a weapon throughout a site visitors cease, police mentioned.

Officers had pulled over the person’s car close to Balfour Street and Foothill Drive round 10:55 p.m. after suspecting him of driving beneath the affect, authorities mentioned.
