A home within the 38800 block of Moore Drive in Fremont has new homeowners. The 1,889-square-foot unit, inbuilt 1978, was bought on July 22, 2025 for $1,630,000 which represents a value per sq. foot of $863. The property sits on a 5,379-square-foot lot.
