Single-family residence sells for .3 million in Palo Alto921 School Avenue – Google Avenue View

A 2,038-square-foot home inbuilt 1926 has modified arms. The spacious historic property within the 900 block of School Avenue in Palo Alto was bought on July 21, 2025 for $3,270,000, or $1,605 per sq. foot. The structure of this single-story house consists of three bedrooms and two baths. Moreover, the home comes with two parking spots, providing designated areas for parking two automobiles. The unit encompasses a beneficiant 5,750 sq. toes of land.
