The $1,500,500 buy value works out to $1,042 per sq. foot. The structure of this single-story residence contains two bedrooms and one bathtub. Moreover, the house comes with a storage. The property is located on so much spanning 4,000 sq. toes.

A 1,497-square-foot residence on the 5200 block of James Avenue in Oakland bought in October 2024, for $1,535,000, a value per sq. foot of $1,025. The house has 2 bedrooms and a pair of bogs.
On James Avenue, Oakland, in November 2022, a 1,216-square-foot residence was bought for $1,535,000, a value per sq. foot of $1,262. The house has 2 bedrooms 1 toilet.
In August 2022, a 1,441-square-foot residence on Desmond Road in Oakland bought for $1,765,000, a value per sq. foot of $1,225. The house has 3 bedrooms and a pair of bogs.
