Single-family residence in Fremont sells for .1 million450 Pawnee Place – Google Avenue View

A spacious home positioned within the 400 block of Pawnee Place in Fremont has a brand new proprietor. The two,247-square-foot property, inbuilt 1980, was bought on March 6, 2025. The $3,100,000 buy value works out to $1,380 per sq. foot. The lot measurement of the property measures a formidable 0.3-acre.
