Neighborhood suggestions helped Santa Rosa police establish a suspected burglar and seize 13 illegally possessed firearms, leading to two arrests, police stated.

Detectives recognized Shan Titman, 46, a transient from Santa Rosa, as a suspect in a number of automobile burglaries after releasing a public bulletin for suggestions in late October, in keeping with Santa Rosa police.

In a press launch issued Friday, police stated surveillance led investigators to Titman’s automobile and two Sebastopol residences the place they believed Titman hid the stolen objects. A Sonoma County choose accredited search warrants for each places.
