OAKLAND — A San Mateo man has been charged with sexually abusing a teen after police allegedly caught the 2 collectively after curfew in an Oakland Hills park.

Jorge Andrade, 22, was charged with a number of counts alleging sexual abuse of a minor and one rely of possessing youngster pornography.
