SAN JOSE – A suspect was arrested final week in reference to a car-to-car capturing Halloween evening in San Jose, police stated.
“The suspect was driving behind the victim’s vehicle and shot at the victim unprovoked, striking the vehicle,” Hernandez stated. Nobody within the car was injured.
Detectives recognized the first suspect as a 19-year-old San Jose man and later obtained arrest and search warrants.
On Nov. 26, police arrested the suspect in Colma, Hernandez stated, including {that a} search of his car and residence turned up a loaded privately manufactured firearm, ammunition and a tool to scale back recoil.
The suspect was booked into the Santa Clara County Most important Jail on felony fees together with capturing at an occupied car and brandishing a firearm, Hernandez stated.
