Police: Girl arrested for allegedly hitting Mountain View man with automotive whereas drunk

MOUNTAIN VIEW — Mountain View Police on Saturday introduced the arrest of a lady who allegedly struck a pedestrian late final month within the metropolis whereas driving inebriated.

Police mentioned Eva Lerner, 23, of San Francisco, reportedly struck a 64-year-old Mountain View resident someday earlier than 9:47 p.m. on Solar., Aug. 31, close by W. El Camino Actual and Miramonte Avenue. The person, who survived, was transported to a neighborhood hospital and handled for his accidents, based on police. Police mentioned Lerner remained on the scene following the incident.

Responding officers reportedly arrested Lerner for alleged driving inebriated. She was later booked into Santa Clara County Principal Jail for one depend of suspected driving inebriated inflicting an damage, police mentioned.
