Officers say heavy rains in Argentina kill a minimum of 15 as dozens reported lacking

BUENOS AIRES (AP) — Heavy rains that flooded a metropolis on Argentina’s east coast in latest days have killed a minimum of 15 folks, officers stated Sunday.
