Milpitas jewellery retailer proprietor fires gun throughout tried theft

MILPITAS – A jewellery retailer proprietor fired a gun at a gaggle of suspects throughout an tried smash-and-grab theft Wednesday afternoon in Milpitas, in response to authorities.

In accordance with Jamison, a gaggle of 10 to fifteen folks rushed into the shop and tried to steal jewellery. The shop proprietor and an worker have been the one ones inside the shop on the time.

“During the incident, the owner discharged a legally owned firearm,” Jamison stated.

No accidents have been reported and no jewellery appeared to have been stolen, in response to Jamison. The suspects left the scene earlier than officers arrived and stay at giant.

An investigation is underway into the incident.
