San Jose: Teen murder sufferer was stabbed within the coronary heart on Valentine’s Day date, household says

SAN JOSE — In a web-based fundraiser, the household of a 15-year-old current murder sufferer says the boy was killed whereas out on a Valentine’s Day date.

The sufferer, recognized within the GoFundMe web page as David S. Gutierrez, was crushed and stabbed within the coronary heart whereas out together with his girlfriend for Valentine’s Day, the web page says. The web page claims different “juveniles” had been accountable, however police haven’t confirmed this, nor have they recognized any suspects or introduced any arrests.

The web fundraiser had raised greater than $20,000 for funeral prices as of Monday night.

Police mentioned the case is being investigated as San Jose’s third murder of 2025. The town notched its second murder two days earlier than when one other teen, a 19-year-old man, died after being shot in a residential neighborhood close to Canoas Creek.
