WALNUT CREEK — Police listed below are investigating the loss of life of a 1-year-old boy who started choking whereas taking part in within the bathe, authorities stated.

The Might 10 incident stays below investigation. The boy’s mom allegedly informed police that her son had been taking part in within the bathe and that she checked on him after he stopped making noise.

When she realized he was choking she took him to the hospital, however stopped on the best way when he went unconscious. A police officer caught up with them and tried CPR, then an ambulance took the kid to a close-by hospital, authorities stated.

Police are arranging checks on a bucket of liquid discovered close to a mop within the rest room, and seized a number of different gadgets from the house, authorities stated. Neither of the boy’s mother and father have been arrested or charged however police are investigating it as a potential negligence loss of life, court docket data present.
