Two suspects are dealing with prison prices after a Tuesday evening capturing at a downtown Harmony parking storage injured three folks.

Justino Lopez-Perez, of Bay Level, was charged with tried homicide, assault with a firearm, discharging a firearm from inside a automobile and extra, in line with the Harmony Police Division. Erickson Melendez, of Harmony, was charged with conspiracy and discharging a firearm from a automobile.

The three gunshot victims have been “treated at area hospitals and expected to survive,” the police division mentioned in a press release.

Gunfire rang out Tuesday evening in a municipal parking storage close to Todos Santos Plaza, in line with police, who mentioned officers grew to become conscious of the capturing when the wounded victims arrived on the hospital.

Contra Costa County Sheriff’s deputies initially arrested two suspects. Law enforcement officials arrested a 3rd suspect and mentioned they discovered “evidence related to the shooting.”

Police haven’t decided a motive for the gunfire. They urged these with data to contact contact Detective Enrique Espino at (925) 671-3426.
