SAN MATEO – Authorities on Wednesday introduced a pair of arrests within the theft of roughly $10,000 value of high-end cigar lighters from a San Mateo enterprise in October.
The theft occurred Oct. 20 within the 2400 block of South El Camino Actual, in response to the San Mateo Police Division.
One suspect, a 33-year-old San Francisco girl, distracted a retailer worker whereas the second suspect, a 40-year-old El Grenada man, “concealed and stole” the lighters, police stated.
Officers additionally discovered lock selecting instruments throughout a search of the person’s property, police stated.
The suspects have been booked into San Mateo County jail. They remained in custody Wednesday, in response to jail information.
