Two arrested, charged in Berkeley taking pictures

BERKELEY – A 44-year-old man and a 41-year-old lady have been arrested and charged in reference to a taking pictures earlier this month in Berkeley, police stated.

The taking pictures occurred round 6:20 p.m. on Oct. 12 within the 1000 block of Addison Road, the Berkeley Police Division stated, including it appeared to stem from an altercation on the road.

Witness statements and video surveillance indicated the person fired a handgun into a house after which left the realm in a white Honda SUV the lady was driving, police stated.

Warrants have been issued for the suspects. On Oct. 24, officers arrested the person as he received off a airplane at San Francisco Worldwide Airport. The lady was arrested Monday in Berkeley.

On Tuesday, the Alameda County District Legal professional’s Workplace charged each suspects with taking pictures at an occupied dwelling and negligent discharge of a firearm, police stated.

As well as, the person is going through fees of prison possession of a firearm whereas masked, possession of a firearm by a felon and possession of ammunition by a prohibited individual, and the lady is going through a cost of being an adjunct, police stated.
