WASHINGTON — President-elect Donald Trump mentioned Saturday that he’ll nominate former White Home aide Brooke Rollins to be his agriculture secretary. Rollins, who heads the Trump-allies America First Coverage Institute, was the director of his workplace of American innovation in his first time period.
The nomination have to be confirmed by the Republican-led Senate. Rollins would succeed Tom Vilsack, President Joe Biden’s agriculture secretary who oversees the sprawling company that controls insurance policies, rules and help applications associated to farming, forestry, ranching, meals high quality and diet.
