Former President Trump doubled down on his criticism of former President Obama throughout a rally Saturday afternoon in battleground Michigan.

“I don’t happen to think he’s a good speaker, but he’d come, he’d make a speech, and he’d leave,” Trump stated on the marketing campaign cease in Novi, Mich., whereas speaking about China and former administrations’ use of tariffs on the nation.
