SAN RAMON — A way of shakiness within the Tri-Valley solely grew Monday morning when three earthquakes rattled the realm in the middle of about 100 minutes.
The largest of the quakes was a magnitude 3.7 that shook at 9:07 a.m., in line with the U.S. Geological Survey. That quake adopted a 2.5 quake at 7:24 a.m. and a 2.6 shaker at 09:05.
The final of the quakes was felt in Oakland and areas of Harmony.
All of them had been centered about 2.5 miles southeast of San Ramon, the USGS mentioned.
The quakes are the most recent throughout a flurry of them which have occurred over the previous month.
A seismic swarm over a 10-day interval ending Nov. 17 introduced 83 earthquakes to a roughly 1-mile radius round San Ramon, all of them starting from 0.6 to three.8. Then on Nov. 20, a magnitude 2.5 quake hit the identical space.
