A spacious home positioned within the 19900 block of Baroni Courtroom in Saratoga has new homeowners. The three,463-square-foot property, inbuilt 1977, was offered on Aug. 16, 2024. The $4,550,000 buy value works out to $1,314 per sq. foot. This two-story home has three bedrooms and three bogs. Moreover, the home includes a two-car storage. The property occupies a large 0.5-acre lot which supplies ample outside house, together with a pool.

A 2,481-square-foot house on the 13600 block of Outdated Tree Manner in Saratoga offered in March 2024, for $4,000,000, a value per sq. foot of $1,612. The house has 4 bedrooms and three bogs.
On Shadow Oaks Manner, Saratoga, in April 2023, a 2,629-square-foot house was offered for $3,850,000, a value per sq. foot of $1,464. The house has 4 bedrooms and three bogs.
In Might 2024, a 1,494-square-foot house on Herriman Avenue in Saratoga offered for $3,605,000, a value per sq. foot of $2,413. The house has 2 bedrooms and a pair of bogs.
