OAKLEY – One man is in custody and one other is receiving life-saving care within the wake of what police are calling a focused taking pictures early Wednesday morning in Oakley.

The taking pictures occurred round 3:15 a.m. within the 4800 block of Trenton Road, close to the intersection of Oakley Highway and Empire Avenue, in line with the Oakley Police Division. Officers arrived to discover a man affected by a number of gunshot wounds.
