OAKLAND — Police arrested a 21-year-old man on suspicion of murdering a Stockton resident in a December capturing, however he was launched days later with out costs, authorities mentioned.

The 21-year-old Oakland man was arrested in reference to the Dec. 27 deadly capturing of Pablo Rincon, 27, who was killed round 9:30 p.m. on the 4000 block of Edwards Avenue.
