A jewellery retailer within the Ponderosa Park part of Sunnyvale was rammed by a automobile in an tried theft Friday however armed staff fended off the culprits, police mentioned.

The jeweler’s constructing, situated within the 1000 block of East El Camino Actual, was rammed about 3:12 p.m., police mentioned.

“Armed employees from within the store confronted the suspects, prompting them to flee in separate vehicles before they were able to enter the store,” police mentioned. “No shots were fired, no items or cash were taken, and fortunately, no injuries were reported.”
