Sunnyvale murder suspect arrested Friday in Oakland

SUNNYVALE — Authorities on Friday arrested a 44-year-old man in reference to a deadly capturing final month in Sunnyvale.

The suspect — recognized by Sunnyvale authorities as Jesus Aguilera — was taken into custody a couple of block from the Oakland Police Division whereas accompanied by an lawyer.

Aguilera was booked into Santa Clara County jail on a homicide cost, authorities stated.

The deadly capturing was reported round 7:40 p.m. on Could 29 within the 900 block of South Wolfe Street in Sunnyvale. Officers arrived to discover a man outdoors a house affected by gunshot wounds.

Officers supplied medical help to the sufferer, however he died of his accidents on the scene.
