OAKLAND — A Stockton man who was fatally shot right here in late December might have been assembly somebody on the park the place he was killed, authorities stated.

Pablo Rincon, 27, was shot and killed at Burckhalter Park in Oakland on Dec. 27, simply three days after his birthday, authorities stated. A lady with Rincon suffered cuts from damaged glass through the taking pictures, however was in a position to cover in some bushes and was not badly damage.

No arrests have been introduced and police are nonetheless investigating what Rincon was doing on the park. Authorities say they’ve mapped his actions round California through the month of December.

Rincon was shot on the park, on the 4000 block of Edwards Avenue in Oakland, at about 9:30 p.m. Police imagine he was the supposed goal and that the shooter fired dozens of rounds.
