The payload for each missions consisted of Starlink satellites, with 23 heading into orbit from Florida and 20 from California. Within the California mission, 13 of the 20 satellites embrace what Hawthorne-based SpaceX calls “direct to cell capabilities,” which permits prospects to make use of the satellites with commonplace cell telephones.
