Frank O DeWitt aka Frankie D, 88, of Morgantown WV handed away peacefully at his residence on November 29, 2025 surrounded by his household. Born on April 13, 1937, in Morgantown to Lloyd DeWitt and Grace Pearl Joseph DeWitt, he remained a proud lifelong resident of the neighborhood he liked and served.
Frank started his profession at Beaumont Glass, the place he honed his craft and have become a grasp glass blower – a title that mirrored each his talent and dedication. His artistry and precision outlined his work till the 1980’s. In 1989, Frank launched into a brand new chapter of service with the Monongalia County Sheri?s O?ce. There he served as Chief Course of Server with distinction for over three a long time till his “early” retirement in January 2025 on the age of 87.
Frank was a person of many passions.
