A spacious home within the first block of Lincolnshire Drive in Oakland has new homeowners. The three,610-square-foot unit, in-built 1952, was bought on July 14, 2025 for $4,740,000 which works out to $1,313 per sq. foot. The structure of this single-story home consists of three bedrooms and 6 loos. The lot of the property covers a considerable space of 0.4 acres.
