5929 Moraga Avenue – Google Avenue View

A home within the 5900 block of Moraga Avenue in San Jose has new homeowners. The 1,228-square-foot property, inbuilt 1971, was bought on Aug. 14, 2025 for $1,350,000 which works out to $1,099 per sq. foot. The format of this single-story dwelling consists of three bedrooms and two baths. Inside, there’s a fire. Moreover, the home gives two parking spots, offering ample room for a number of autos. The unit occupies a large 6,000-square-foot lot.

Different homes which have lately modified palms shut by embody:

A 1,365-square-foot dwelling on the 5800 block of Cadiz Drive in San Jose bought in October 2023 for $1,540,000, a value per sq. foot of $1,128. The house has 3 bedrooms and a pair of bogs.
On Moraga Avenue, San Jose, in San Jose in June 2024, a 1,228-square-foot dwelling was bought for $1,360,000, a value per sq. foot of $1,107. The house has 3 bedrooms and a pair of bogs.
In June 2025, a 1,270-square-foot dwelling on the 6000 block of Cahalan Avenue in San Jose bought for $1,325,000, a value per sq. foot of $1,043. The house has 3 bedrooms and a pair of bogs.
