SAN JOSE – Authorities on Monday introduced an arrest in a gang-motivated capturing earlier this summer season in San Jose.

The sufferer was with mates when the suspect drove into the lot and received out of his car. The suspect requested the sufferer for his gang affiliation, brandished a gun and threatened to kill him, in keeping with Shih.

“The suspect then discharged his firearm into the air and fled the scene,” Shih stated.

The suspect was later recognized as a 33-year-old San Jose man and a “known and active gang member,” in keeping with Shih. Arrest and search warrants have been issued for the suspect.

On Sept. 5, detectives arrested the suspect in San Jose. He was booked into Santa Clara County jail on prices together with gang-motivated assault with a lethal weapon and brandishing a gun.
