San Jose man arrested on suspicion of constructing, promoting unlawful weapons

SAN JOSE — A 35-year-old man was arrested late final month on suspicion of constructing and promoting unlawful weapons at a San Jose house advanced, based on authorities.

After figuring out the suspect, detectives obtained warrants for his arrest and to look his residence, Garibay stated, including that he was taken into custody on June 26.

Garibay stated detectives seized a cache of unlawful firearm-related gadgets, together with a number of privately made weapons, a pistol geared up with a silencer, ammunition, three 3D printers and greater than 40 spools of filament generally used within the manufacturing of firearms.

The person was booked into Santa Clara County jail on costs of producing and possession of unserialized firearms, illegal sale of firearms and possession of a firearm by a prohibited particular person.
