San Jose man arrested in reference to two road-rage incidents

SAN JOSE — A 36-year-old man who allegedly brandished a gun and rammed a automobile in separate road-rage incidents in San Jose is in custody, in accordance with authorities.

The suspect virtually merged into the sufferer, who honked their horn, Hernandez stated. In response, the suspect allegedly drove alongside the sufferer, forcing them into oncoming site visitors, and pointed a gun at them.

Hernandez stated the second incident occurred March 29 at North 1st Avenue and East Brokaw Highway. The suspect allegedly backed his automobile into the sufferer’s automobile after which hit the sufferer’s automobile head-on.

He was arrested Tuesday in San Jose. A search of his dwelling turned up a number of firearms, together with a stolen gun, in addition to giant capability magazines and physique armor, Hernandez stated.

Detectives booked the person into Santa Clara County jail on prices of assault with a lethal weapon, possession of a stolen firearm and brandishing a firearm from a automobile.

He’s being held with out bail on the Elmwood Correctional Facility in Milpitas, in accordance with jail information.
