Tristan Georges Arfi, 42, of San Jose, was arrested Thursday and has been charged with seven felony sexual assault counts, based on the Santa Clara County District Legal professional’s Workplace.

The fees are based mostly partly on allegations by two girls who had been shoppers of YBX Health club in downtown San Jose, for which police and prosecutors say Arfi was the chief working officer.

In December 2019, Arfi pleaded no contest to a felony cost of lewd and lascivious acts with a baby 14 or 15 years of age at a boxing health club in Menlo Park, based on authorities and San Mateo County courtroom information. The conviction required him to register as a intercourse offender with the California Division of Justice.
