The spacious property within the 500 block of Monterey Avenue in Los Gatos was bought on Sept. 22, 2025 for $2,650,000 which represents a value per sq. foot of $1,231. The condominium, in-built 1981, has an inside house of two,153 sq. toes. The format of this condominium consists of three bedrooms and three loos. Moreover, the house options two parking spots, providing designated areas for parking two automobiles. The unit’s lot measures 2,500 sq. toes in space.
