The spacious property within the 500 block of Monterey Avenue in Los Gatos was bought on Sept. 22, 2025 for $2,650,000 which represents a value per sq. foot of $1,231. The condominium, in-built 1981, has an inside house of two,153 sq. toes. The format of this condominium consists of three bedrooms and three loos.
