RICHMOND — A person killed in a taking pictures over the weekend in Richmond has been recognized as Griffin Hammond, a 20-year-old resident of the town, police stated.

The taking pictures occurred round 8:10 p.m. Sunday within the space of Potrero Avenue and Carlson Boulevard, in accordance with the Richmond Police Division. Officers arrived to seek out Hammond affected by gunshot wounds.

Hammond was pronounced lifeless on the scene, police stated.
