Delta is included in an up to date wind advisory issued by the Nationwide Climate Service on Wednesday at 12:57 p.m. The advisory is in impact till 11 p.m.
“South winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 50 mph,” may be anticipated in accordance with the NWS Sacramento CA. “Strongest winds expected through the afternoon today.”
“Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result,” the NWS stated. “Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high profile vehicles. Use extra caution.”
