Redwood Metropolis: Individual stabbed in battle at Sequoia Station

REDWOOD CITY — A 20-year-old Redwood Metropolis man was arrested in reference to a stabbing Wednesday night time at Sequoia Station in Redwood Metropolis, authorities mentioned.

San Mateo County sheriff’s deputies discovered two folks combating within the breezeway that results in the Caltrain platform round 8:10 p.m., in keeping with the Redwood Metropolis Police Division.

The pair stopped combating after they observed the deputies. One had a knife and the opposite had a number of stab wounds, police mentioned.

The sufferer was taken to an space hospital for therapy and is predicted to outlive his accidents.

The suspect was detained and in the end booked into San Mateo County jail on an tried homicide cost and a parole violation.

Police didn’t know what sparked the battle or how the sufferer and suspect had been associated.
