OAKLAND — Police lately arrested a 33-year-old man who allegedly shot and killed a person throughout a botched theft early Saturday morning in Oakland’s Uptown district.

Authorities jailed Jashawndre Upshaw within the deadly taking pictures of Roosevelt Jones, in line with Oakland Police Division Deputy Chief Fred Shavies, who introduced the arrest in a press convention Thursday afternoon.
