PITTSBURG — A person who allegedly killed a 50-year-old man throughout a bodily confrontation was sentenced to 26 years in jail via a plea deal, data present.
Juan Mendez-Medina, 47, pleaded no contest to voluntary manslaughter, use of a lethal weapon and mayhem within the dying of 50-year-old Allan Flores. In change for his pleas, prosecutors dismissed a homicide cost and associated counts towards him.
The plea deal was finalized final April however has not been beforehand reported. Mendez-Medina is at present at Avenal State Jail, data present.
