Palo Alto police seek for suspect who uncovered himself to teenaged woman

PALO ALTO — Police are looking for a suspect who allegedly uncovered himself to a excessive school-aged woman Tuesday, authorities stated.

The sufferer had been strolling eastbound on the north sidewalk of the 100 block of Embarcadero Street round 4:30 p.m. Tuesday when she crossed towards Kingsley Avenue and was approached by the suspect, authorities stated. He confirmed her his telephone and requested for instructions.

The suspect moved his telephone within the path of his waist and the sufferer observed that his pants had been undone and he was holding his uncovered penis, authorities stated.

The sufferer walked away from the suspect and known as the police to report the incident about half-hour later, authorities stated. Police responded to the situation of the incident however had been unable to seek out the suspect.

The suspect was described as an Indian or Center Jap man round 30 years previous, thick hair and eyebrows, darkish coloured eyes and a darkish brown mustache that connected to his beard, in keeping with a press launch from the Palo Alto Police Division. He was reportedly sporting a protracted sleeve, collared button-down shirt with black pants.

The case stays underneath investigation, authorities stated. There haven’t been any current reviews of comparable instances in Palo Alto.
