Oakland lady who was topic of Amber Alert present in East Oakland

OAKLAND — A 2-year-old lady who was the topic of an Amber Alert has been discovered and reunited with the grandmother who had custody of her, authorities mentioned.

The ladies’ mom, father and maternal grandmother all had been arrested for his or her suspected roles in taking the lady, authorities mentioned.

Police issued the Amber Alert for Amira Coleman on Tuesday after she final was seen about 12:36 p.m. at thirty ninth Avenue and Adeline Avenue, in accordance with the California Freeway Patrol.

Oakland police confirmed Wednesday morning that authorities had discovered the lady and arrested the three suspects about midnight in East Oakland. The lady gave the impression to be OK, police mentioned.

Police on Tuesday recognized the suspected dad and mom within the abduction as 26-year-old Andrew Coleman and 24-year-old Tamira Claggion. Each had been thought of armed and harmful.

Police mentioned the ladies’ paternal grandmother has sole custody of the kid. They mentioned she was assaulted with a gun and knife by the suspects in entrance of her residence within the 1000 block of thirty ninth Avenue.
