OAKLAND — An area resident has been sentenced to fifteen years in state jail for killing his girlfriend’s ex-boyfriend in a capturing that occurred greater than three years in the past.
Tyrone Mapp, 48, who additionally goes by Bernard Burton, pleaded no contest to voluntary manslaughter within the Could 2021 capturing loss of life of 49-year-old Mark Downs.
