Oakland: Driver will get time served for killing girl who allegedly vandalized his automobile

OAKLAND — A person charged with intentionally working over a lady, killing her after she allegedly vandalized his automobile, has been sentenced to time he already served in jail, court docket information present.

By means of a plea cope with Alameda County prosecutors, 38-year-old Marcus Davis pleaded no contest to vehicular manslaughter and was formally sentenced to seven years.
