NCS roundup: Faculty Park reaches first NCS D-I baseball closing in a decade

For the primary time since 2015, Faculty Park will play for a North Coast Part baseball championship.

The fifth-seeded Falcons, enjoying on their dwelling area in Nice Hill, blanked ninth-seeded Casa Grande 10-0 on Tuesday to advance to the Division I closing.

Jacob Casiano had two hits and two RBIs and Johnny Edwards tripled amongst his two hits, knocked in a run and scored twice to guide the Grizzlies on their dwelling area in San Ramon.  

Ethan Rye additionally had two hits and an RBI and Brayden Gijbels pitched 6 ⅓ innings to assist finish Freedom’s Cinderella run.

Andrew Borrego had two hits and drove in two runs for Freedom (14-13).

California improved to 15-11.

Division V

No. 5 Kennedy-Fremont 5, No. 1 Pinole Valley 4
