Ernest George Brown, age 92, of Adamsville group, handed away October 19, 2025. He was born August 26, 1933, a son of the late George Brown and Maida Furner Brown.

He’s survived by his spouse of 62 years Eleanor R. Bennett Brown whom he married March 24, 1962.

Ernest is survived by 19 youngsters; Michael (Janet) Brown of Florida, Douglas Brown of Shinnston, Theodore (Imane) Brown of West Milford, Joseph Brown of Ohio, Roger Brown of Florida, Andrew Brown of Florida, Ryan Brown of Ohio, Erich Brown of Shinnston, Geoffrey Brown of Shinnston, Jennifer (Charles) Herrod of West Milford, Mia (Edward) Weirzbowski of Gibsonia, PA, Angela L. S. Brown of Tucson, AZ, BrendaNative Man who Spent 30 Years as Trainer, Pioneer in Particular Schooling, Veteran, Ernest Brown, Passes Blair of Clarksburg, Kelli (Matt) Cottrill of Pt. Nice, Sarah Ok. Brown of Clarksburg, Marc Brown of Clarksburg, Liza Brown of Delaware, Molli (Chad) Feathers of Clarksburg and Sara E. Hollen of Hampstead, NC. He’s additionally survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Along with his dad and mom, Ernest was preceded in loss of life by three youngsters, Courtney Brown, Roderick Brown, and Luke Brown; and one sister, Patricia McCarthy.

He spent his early childhood in Knightsville and Summersville in South Carolina and on the Furner farm in Jarvisville, WV. He labored at Hazel Atlas Glass in Clarksburg for a 12 months following his commencement from Bristol Excessive Faculty in 1951.

Ernest devoted 30 years of his life to educating in Ohio.
