The capturing occurred about 9:02 a.m. June 11 on eastbound Interstate 580 close to Flynn Highway.

The California Freeway Patrol stated the sufferer, a person driving a Tesla, was concerned in a highway rage incident with Guerrero, who was driving a 2005 GMC Yukon SUV. The character of the argument was not specified.
