Lady hit by bicyclist in San Jose dies of accidents

SAN JOSE – A girl died Tuesday of accidents she suffered final week in San Jose when she was hit by a person suspected of driving a bicycle underneath the affect of a managed substance, police stated.

The crash occurred round 7:15 p.m. on Aug. 27 within the space of Ocala Avenue and Berona Method, close to Hillview Park, in line with San Jose police Sgt. Jorge Garibay.

Garibay stated a person was driving a 16-speed Centurion bicycle westbound on Ocala Avenue within the bicycle lane when he hit a girl strolling or jogging in the identical course and lane.

The girl was taken to an space hospital with life-threatening accidents and later stabilized, in line with Garibay.

The person stopped on the scene. Garibay stated he was arrested and booked into Santa Clara County jail on fees of DUI on a bicycle inflicting harm and being underneath the affect of a managed substance. He was not publicly recognized Wednesday.
