Janet Jackson fired supervisor who apologized for her Kamala Harris race feedback, supervisor claims

A person who claims to be Janet Jackson’s former supervisor stated the pop star and her brother, Randy Jackson, fired him as a result of he tried to scrub up her P.R. mess after she was quoted in an interview with the Guardian asserting that Democratic presidential candidate Kamala Harris is “not Black.”

Elmasri’s assertion to the Each day Beast comes after Jackson’s official rep issued a press release to the media Sunday, saying that the “apology” made on behalf of Jackson from “manager” Elmasri was not licensed by her in any respect. In truth, this Jackson rep instructed Individuals journal and different shops that Elmasri is just not her supervisor, neither is he affiliated together with her camp. The rep stated that Randy Jackson is the singer’s supervisor.

“She was always of Indian heritage and she was promoting Indian heritage,” Trump stated on the conference. “I didn’t know she was Black until a number of years ago when she happened to turn Black, and now she wants to be known as Black. So I don’t know, is she Indian, or is she Black?”

The assertion continued: “She recognizes that her statements regarding Vice President Kamala Harris’ racial identity were based on misinformation. Janet respects Harris’ dual heritage as both Black and Indian and apologizes for any confusion caused. She values the diversity Harris represents and understands the importance of celebrating that in today’s society. Janet remains committed to promoting unity and understanding.”

However Elmasri’s claims to characterize Jackson had been subsequently be known as into query, first by Selection, which reported that she is the truth is managed by her brother Randy. Elmasri can also be listed on one other trade website, Superstar Service, as her supervisor, the Each day Beast stated. The positioning says his standing was final verified Sept. 22.

Elmasri’s private IMDb web page cited himself as an Egyptian filmmaker who “now works as a creative consultant for many global superstars, including Janet Jackson,” the Each day Beast stated.
